I qualified in acupuncture with a postgraduate diploma after 4 years of study at the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have worked in clinics in both Nottingham and Derbyshire, I have been contracted to work for a GP surgery in central Nottingham and I have spent 18 years working in end of life care for a Nottinghamshire Hospice. I have gained a great deal experience of complex and serious conditions whilst working with many experienced palliative care nurses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My training was strongly influenced by Chinese acupuncture traditions which continue to be used in Chinese hospitals. I also offer advice on dietary habits, exercise and stretching and mobilisations.
